The pumps have following advantages: High efficiency, good reliability, auto-installation and auto-control and reducing in the civil construction cost of small pump station.

Main application and characteristic

Qxg type smonitoring in the oil chamber between the motor and the pump cover is filled the lubricant oil as the protective area. The sealing monitoring is carried out by the sensor. If the leakage of water occurs, it can give the warning. With the outstanding design of hydraulic part and high energy-saving efficiency, the pump is suitable for the transportation of liquid in various fields. The unique design of cable seal eliminates the leakage of water of cable. High quality lubricant bearing (imported skf bearing) can guarantee the no-accident operation. The stainless steel is used for the motor shaft. The dynamic balance test is adopted for the state, so the operation is very smooth. Three layers series type mechanical seal whose material is carbon wolfram / carbon silicon (carbon wolfram / carbon wolfram) can guarantee the long term smooth operation of the pump. Ubmersible feed pump, whose flow capacity is from 200 to 4000 m3/h, whose head is from 6.5 to 60m and whose power is from 11 to 250kw, is used to pump the similar liquids in physical and chemical properties ( the temperature of pumped liquid is less than 40 degree). Brief introduction of structure
