1. Semi-finished products

Solid wood strips scantlings for making bed and furniture frames and base frames, obtained from freshly cut or artifically dried raw material, planed and trimmed to length.

The container floor made by our company is 28mm in thickness. The single plate is 19 or 21 layers. The product is made of high performance water-proof all-weather thermoset phenolic resin glue in addition to special antiseptic and verminproof agent approved by Australian AQIS, in according with advanced foreign container floor standard and technology. It has passed the tests and certifications of various indexes, such as strength in physical mechanics, antiseptic content, etc. It has passed Australian Antiseptic Inspection Certificate and French BV7260 Compression Resistance Testing Certificate. It is characterized by stable property, high glue strength, high modulus of elasticity, etc., which can fully meet the needs of container industry.

We supply cherrypan calcium silicate board (100% asbestos free). Cherrypan is autoclaved and resistant to moisture, impacts and termites. It can be used in wet area for indoors or outdoors application.

Particle board

The particle board, has the characteristic of inner uniformity structure, moderate density, fine exterior, fitting property of physical, mechanism, decoration. As a refill of the natural timber is widely used in furniture, ship building, sounder, decoration etc.

MDF board don't made edge sealing, but directly cover with paint and carve or mill, and processing sorts of lines, these ways can get good effect of designing shape.

Surface of mdf board is smooth, So easily decorate in surface, including uaual decoration materials besides with very thin decoration materials such as mic-veneer, thin paper, even directly print with paint, which will get idealistic effect and reduce cost of decoration.

Purpose of MDF board:

1. Furniture industry: A sorts board-style furniture and table or chair. For example face board, side board, screen and so on.

2. Fitment: Strengthen floor, wall board, ceiling, door, all partitions in room, staircase, plinth, photo frame, all sorts decorative board and decorative lines.

3. Vehicle and shipping making: Decorative mdf board as materials application in inside of train and bus, and intead of plywood.
