General

Type IR pump is the kind of single-stage single-suction overhanging centrifugal pump. It is used for heating, hot water and air-conditioner system in the various buildings and metallurgy, textile, rubber, printing and dyeing, refine sugar industry. The highest temperature of the liquid can not be over 150C. Permissible inlet pressure is not allowed more than 0. 8MPa.

Construction

The pump is horizontally installed with horizontal axial suction and radial upward discharge. The pump is designed to back pull-out type. It is unnecessary to disturb the pump casing, the inlet piping and the outlet piping while maintenance. The shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical seal. The pump uses rolling bearings which get lubricated with dilute oil. The cover of the pump has two types, one is with water seal hole, and the other without, please indicate it in contract.
