Features and Purpose: This pump adopts vacuum self-priming principle, is a new type vacuum self-priming flushing pump specially designed for beam unit to clean fan blade, no water delivery is required for water suction and pressurized spraying, it eliminates the annoyance of tradittional centrifugal pump which has no self-priming function and requires water delivery each time for cleaning, shaft seal is removed in internal design, thus has solved the problem that motor is burned sue to water leakage caused by long term abrasion of shaft seal, discharge mode is spray type with sufficient water pressure, enables cleaning to be more effective and more thoroughly, thus reaches the goal of cleaning in deed; vacuum self-priming speed is rapid, 1.5m height may be sucked up in four seconds; when room temperature is lower than zero degree in winter, merely five seconds of no-load suction is sufficient to discharge all liquid in pipeline, which effectively prevents motor from being burned due to block caused by pump body and pipeline freezing; it features small size, convenient installation and low noise; no load operation without water will not damage oil seal (note: since there is no shaft seal), it has long service life, calcalated as one minute per cleaning, it could clean more than 30,000 times without repair. |
