Single-Stage Double-Suction Centrifugal Pump (Sh/S Series)

The Sh ( S ) series is single-stage double-suction axially-split centrifugal pump designed for conveying clean water or similar liquids whose physicochemical property is similar to that of clean water at temperature below 80C. The pumps include type A structure (ball bearing) or type B structure (sliding bearing).

Type A structure pump with cooling pipe can be used for pumping hot water below 110C. The muddy water containing silt and sewage without long fibers can be transported if the materials of impeller, seal and shaft sleeve are changed. The shaft seals adopt generally soft gland packing. It can be fitted mechanical seals to meet the special requirements.

The series pumps are designed by our company on the basis of IS series and ISG series pump, adopting the modern most excellent hydraulic model and using lengthening shaft motor for direct-coupled configuration. The shaft seals use quality mechanical seal. It features compact structure, small space required, low noise, no leakage, easy installation and maintenance. The ISZ pump can be used for transporting medium at temperature below 80º C, the medium temperature of the IRZ series up to 130º C. The main parts of the pump are generally made of grey cast iron and high-grade carbon steel, and can be used copper or stainless steel to meet the requirements of different medium.
