General

Type IY pump is single-stage single-suction transfer oil centrifugal pump. It is used to deliver non-corrosive oil and oil product without solid particles and with viscosity less than 120 centistokes. The temperature of the liquid is -20C ~ 80C. Permissible inlet pressure is 0. 6MPa.

Construction

The pump is horizontally installed with horizontal axial suction and separate R, L and T discharge. I. E. The outlet direction is separately on the right, left and upward looking from the inlet of pump. The pump is overhanging structure type. It is unnecessary to disturb inlet and outlet piping, the rotor elements can be completely removed for maintenance. The shaft seal adopts soft packing one. The pump uses single centrepelate ball bearings which get lubricated with lubricating oil.

The direction of rotation

The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.

The material of main parts of the pump

The medium-contacting parts are made of gray cast iron.
