PROPERTIES: Completely soluble in toluene and xylene. The solution has a good fluidty at room temperature. The material has very good weather resisting property, thermal aging resistivity, resistance to chemical attack, oil resistivity, ozone resistivity and fire resistance property.

APPLICATIONS: Mainly used as adhesive agent of printing ink and plastics paint. The area of their application is shown as below:

1. Used as adhesive agent of composite printing ink. It is available in producing the printing ink of biaxial oriental polypropylene(BOPP)that is used as packing film of candy and BOPP composite packing.

2. Used ad coating of BOPP film, adhesive of BOPP film & paper and the inner coating of pressure sensitive film made from BOPP.

3. Used in producing the coating of injection productions of PP mobile assembly, inner decorative material of house and industrial equipment.

4. This material is also can be used in the laminated board of PP film and aluminum foil, seal agent of jojnt of PP pipe, flexibility agent of PP fiber, adhesive agent of thermal bonding film and skidproof agent of PP packing.

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Plastic Pellets are particularly for certain resins such as PP, PE, PMMA, PC, etc. By injection, extrusion and blowing molding, you can use photoluminescent plastic pellets directly to make luminous plastic products. Our standard percentage of the photoluminescent pigment in the photoluminescent plastic pellets is 25% and 50%. The brightness and afterglow time of your finished products could be adjusted by yourself by adding more resins into the compounds. In order to make your photoluminescent finished products get various colors, you can choose photoluminescent pigment in different colors. Otherwise, you can also use dyes/pigment to colorize it. But the dyes/pigment can definitely affect the brightness and afterglow time of the finished products. One with higher brightness and use light color dyes/pigment to minimize the loss of t he brightness.

Many customers like to use photoluminescent pigment directly. Some of them found that there is blacken phenomenon. If you have fewer knowledge of photoluminescent pigment, this blacken phenomenon is hard to solve. Finally, the appearance of the finished plastic products looks not very good. The photoluminescent plastic pellets and masterbatch could help you overcome this difficulty.

PROPERTIES:

Our PP fiber monofilament is produced by referring foreign advanced technology for fiber spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating. Mixing into cement concrete, it has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity, strong linking force. It is suited to reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar, specially used in engineering of building surface, floor, wall etc...

2. The Feature of Polypropylene Monofilament:

A). No agglomeration and easily spread around in mortar or concrete. Guarantee the property of crack resistance effectively.

B). Apply conveniently. No need to change the proportion of mortar, and just put the fibers into the mortar mixture and stir for a moment after adding water.

C). Has fine economic property. The equivalent dia. Of polypropylene monofilament is only 0.02mm, so the ratio of dia. And surface is high and on the basis of crack resistance, it can reduce the amount (0.6kg/m 3 ) and cut down the cost effectively.

D). Be better to plaster. Because a great number of thin fibers spread into mortar evenly, so the plastering is much easier and this can improve the binding strength between surface and base.

E). The fiber has stable chemical property, strong acid &alkali resistance, and can be used in any engineering projects.

3. Suitable Engineering:

4. Applying Instruction:

A). Dosage: For resist the common cracks on surfaces, 0.9kg/m3 fibers to cement mortar Is enough, and for increasing reinforce and seepage resist application 1.8kg/m3 is enough.

B). Stirring requirement: The proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be prolonged for 2~3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely. Also it can be mixed with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at worksite before construction.
