Polyethylene Anticorrosion Adhesive Tape(SXT)

I Product Introduction

The anticorrosion system of Polyethylene Anticorrosion Adhesive Tape is made up of anticorrosion tape, protective tape, joint wrap tape, and primer. Adhesive tape is tape-shaped anticorrosion material made of Polyethylene film heat laminated with adhesive layer of butyl glue. The product, safe and clean, performs well in insulation, anticorrosion, mechanical strength and anticollision, moreover it is of low water absorption, long service life, wide usage and convenient in application. It is extensively used in the pipework of oil and natural gas transportation, petrochemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, urban natural gas network of pipes, the outside anticorrosion project of the metal pipes involved as well as the outside anticorrosion project of the underground and overhead metallic conduit of the works of petrochemical industry, natural gas and coal transportation.

This product cleans all washable surfaces. Can be used around home, hospitals, garages, workshops, hotels, restaurants, etc.

-For use as a general purpose cleaner:

When using strong solutions on painted surfaces it is recommended to do a test first.

-To clean car and truck engines:

Dilute with water and spray onto the engine surface. Allow a few minutes for formulation to work and then wash off. This cleaning can be done more effectively if used with hot water and sprayed with a compressor.

-To restore dull paint on a car body:

Simply dilute 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water and rub on with a cloth. Leave for a short while and then wash off with water.

Application:

Cosmetics: PVP/VAc series products play a good role as film-former and hair-fixing agent. Its hydrophobe decreases with the increase in the proportion of vinyl acetate in the molecular. This property is extremely useful for PVP/VAc as hair sprays and hairset lotion. If being used with PVPK30, the effect would be enhanced.

Other Utility: Remoistenable adhesive and other adhesives for paper. Viscosity-enhancing agent and protecting colloid for printing ink Binder in coatings(paints) and protecting colloid for printing ink Binder in coatings(paints) and stabilizer for the dispersion of dyeing. The molecular sieve is one kind of upgrade desiccant which is made up of aluminosilicate. Because there are inimitable pore size and much higher specific surface areas, there are many excellent merits.

(1) The selective absorption as the different size and shape of molecules, that is to say, it only absorbs those molecules of which the diameter is less than the pore size of molecular sieve.

(2) To those smaller polar molecules and the unsaturated molecules, it has the property of selective absorption. The bigger the polarity is, and the higher the instauration is, the stronger property of the selective absorption is.

(3) It has much stronger property of water sorption too. No matter in the situations of higher temperature, larger space velocity, or lower content of water it is, there is rather higher capacity of water sorption.

A) Introduction

In general, there contains water of 400-700PPm in the hydrolysis gas, it can ice during the operation of cryogenic separation. In addition, it may produce the white crystal compounds of water-hydrocarbon under the high pressure and low temperature, for instance, CH4, C2H6 and C3H8 etc. However, the ice and the compounds of water and hydrocarbon can induce the breakage of the pipes and blockage of the equipments, even to cause the stopping. Therefore, the petroleum hydrolysis gas should be carrying out the deep dehydrogenation before the cryogenic separation, and the content of water should be below to 5PPm ( Its dew point is less than 60 degree). Nowadays, it is the most ideal deep drying absorbing agent, which is broadly approved and adopted in our country or abroad. Because it absorbs the moisture in the hydrolysis gas only and not absorb the bigger hydrocarbon molecules, such as, C2H6, C2H4, C3H8 and C3H6 etc. This can avoid the coking of the olefin molecules in the pores of molecular sieve, and prolong the serviceable lifetime of absorbing agents.
