Contact sheets are manufactured both by traditional and vacuum casting (silver-based alloys) and by powder mixing (silver-based pseudo-alloys). Amongst the materials that are added to the silver in order to produce a specific electric function, we employ graphite (AgC), nickel (AgNi), iron (AgFe), tungsten (AgW), tungsten carbide (AgWC).

I Ag Series

Silver and fine silver possess very high electric and thermal conductivity. Low and stable contact resistance and good processing and welding performance. Because of a little nickel added into silver, fine silver has higher intensity and thermal-resistance performance than silver under same contact resistance. Therefore its fusion resistance and arc burning resistance are better than that of silver. Under the same application condition, fine silver can take the place of silver.

II AgNi Series

AgNi material with 10-40% of high melting-point metal nickel has high electric conductivity, low contact resistance and little burning loss. This material has little transfer when connecting and breaking direct current. AgNi material are widely used to AC and DC low-voltage devices, such as relays, instruction switches, can switches, assisting contactors. Instrument switches, optical control switches, temperature controller and washing machine timers, etc.

III AgCdO Series

AgCdO is the most used contact material at present. CdO obviously increased the fusion resistance or cohesive resistance of the contacts at the moment of getting through big current. The sublimation of CdO cools the contact surface. Lowers the arc energy and extinguishes the arc. Therefore AgCdO can meet the main requirements of low-voltage apparatus to contacts. Such as arc burning resistance at big-current switching-on, low and stable contact resistance under various loads and good arc extinguishing performance. Since Cd pollutes the environment. It is being substituted by other materials.

VI AgSnO2 Series (Cd free)

This material is produced by dispersing SnO2 Oxidation in silver base using produced by powder method and keep up superior electric conductivity with improved anti-arc, anti-fusion, anti-abrasion. This materials, as silver oxidation dispersed strengthening Type type alloy dispersion, features that SnO2 is thermally stable and AnO2 is distributed fully on Ag Metrics as a high anti-arc, anti-fusion, anti-abrasion pre-oxidizer materials. Especially, this material possesses excellent properties for the use of Relay and Switch at Heavy load Area of DC.

V AgSnO2In2O3 Series (Cd free)

This is the superior material in the properties of anti-fusion and anti-abrasion under various load conditions because it is Cd-Free material, now one of serious environmental issues, and it is produced by internal oxidization method alloying Ag-Sn alloy with many additive elements. This is used for AC and DC Load.

VI AgCu Series

Anti-discoloration decreases depend on the content of copper, while hardness and mechanical anti-abrasion increases. Contact strength is strong and it is not usable if there is Sliding Contact tact when it operate.

Terminal Block / Wiring Terminal

Normal Running Condition:

1. Surrounding temperature: The upper limit is+40, the lower limit is-25.

2. The sea level of installation site should not surpass 2000m.

3. The relative humidity does not surpass 50% if the surrounding temperature is+40. It allows a higher relative humidity in lower temperature. For example, the relative humidity is 90% when the temperature is +20. But should considerate frost on the surface of the products that caused by the change of the temperature.

Operating manners

1. When the corresponding 2 parts of the connectors connect by within bayonets, rotate bayonet cap to the right direction. When inserting safely, and bayonet in the place of the connecting is locking, a white bayonet pin can be seen through the observation hole on the circle of the connecting bayonet cap.

2. Wires of the connector should be corresponding to the contact NO., welding time can not exceed three seconds, electric iron shall not exceed 45W.

3. Welding-type connector after welding, the plywood or the wire-protecting covering of the electric coat should nip tightly.

4. When 2 parts of the connector have to insert for a long-term such as storage and use, the safety hole on the connector will be wire linked and nipped tightly with the receptacle.

5. After separation of the two parts of the connectors, the two parts have to cover a dirty-Shield or to be plugged to a empty receptacle. )

6. No inserting of the pin with receptacle.

7. Connector installation, the use of staff should understand performance and usage of the connector.

Cooperating relations between plugs and sockets

A. When plug and receptacle couple with each other, if plugs install pins receptacles should install holes, the same to the opposite.
