Silicone Additives (KP-200 series)

KP-200 series silicone masterbatches are white pellets or white powder which made from ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane, used by plastics as processing aids and impart expected silicone benefits to plastics, often more efficiently and more effectively than lower molecular weight silicone fluids, such as safety, little effect on the adhesion of paints, labels or decorations, more convenient to handle, good dispersion. Silicone masterbatches are with the carrier of polyethylene. For KP-200-30 silicone masterbatch, the content of siloxane is 30%. For KP-200-40 silicone masterbatch, the content of siloxane is 40%. For KP-200-50 silicone masterbatch, the content of siloxane is 50%. KP-200H silicone masterbatch is 100% pure silicone powder. KP-200 silicone masterbatch is with special silicon powder carrier, the content of silicone with ultra-high molecular weight is 50%.

KP-200 series is capable of mixing with thermoplastics at any proportion in the content range of 0. 1% - 15%. In the range of 0. 1% - 2%, it can markedly improve the fluidity and mould release characteristics of the product. When being injection or extrusion moulded, KP-200 series can lower the screw torque, reduce energy loss, increase production efficiency and prolong service life of the equipments. When being used in glass-fiber reinforced plastics, it can obviously reduce glass-fiber protrusion, improve surface fineness of the product and qualify the modified product for large and thin-wall goods. When being added in high-content mineral filled plastics, KP-200 series can make up for the loss of mechanical properties caused by high-content of filling and improve the appearance of the products.

In the range of 2% - 5%, KP-200 series can improve the scratch-resistance of the products, greatly lower the friction coefficient of the products and reduce the abrasion loss. KP-200 series is an effective abrasion-resistant additive special for such materials as high-lubricant POM, abrasion-resistant nylon, silica core barrel, cable, PP-R and PE pipes.

KP-200 series can also be used for manufacturing functional masterbatch such as lubricant masterbatch, open masterbatch and so on.

KP-200 series contains no matrix and is compatible with any plastics.

KP-200 series contains more effective components and act the same effect at half dosage of any other silicone masterbatch.

Features & Main applications

CMPPG30: Glass fiber reinforced, good rigidity and high modulus. Mainly finds use in auto cooling fan, washer wave wheel, and so on.

CMPPT10: Good synthetic properties and used to produce auto fan, motor interior decorations, and so on.

CMPPT20: Good fluidity and toughness. Mainly used to produce motor bumper, instrument panel, and so on.

CMPPT30: High rigidity and toughness, and to used to produce electronic & electrical and motor fittings.

PTFE dispersion for dipping, impregnating, coating, or spinning. Widely used in chemical, mechanical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electronic, and optical industries to impregnate fabrics or porous materials, or to coat substances such as metals to form layers.
