PVC Adhesive is a single component solvent glue which the main component is polyvinyl. Specially used to bond hard PVC, also used to bond materials of ABS, AS, polystyrene, organic glass, polycarbonate, etc.

[Scope of Application]

The product is specially used to bond hard PVC, also used to bond materials of ABS, AS, polystyrene, organic glass, polycarbonate, etc.

[Using Method]

1 Ensure surfaces to be glued are clean, dry and grease free.

2 Apply glue to the material at once, press together firmly.

3 Set within 5 min, good strength with 2-3 hours. Best adhesive performance after 24 hours.

[Warning]

1 The operating environment should be ventilative and keep away of the fire.

2 Avoid touching with the eyes and skin directly. In case of touching, wash at once with soap and water; In case of toughing eyes, wash at once with plenty of water and see the doctor for serious situation.

3 Tighten the lids to avoid the volatile after usage.

4 If the glue is too thick, dilute with ethyl acetate, acetone.

5 Keep out of the reach of children! Do not enter the month!

[Storage and Packing]

1 Air-tight sealed and stock in cool and dry place. The shelf life is one year. It is available to use after it is tested and is eligible even expired.

2 Store and transport as flammable products.

3 Packing specification: 125ml/tube; 125ml/tin, 500ml/tin, 750ml/tin, 1000ml/tin.

It is a flexible part which consists of reinforcement material, inner liner and outer cover of rubber and steel wire bead rings and shaped in the vulcanization process. According to their construction, the air spring can be divided in 3 types; They are rolling lobe air spring, convoluted type air spring and sleeve type air spring. Beside the same function as that of the metal spring, the rubber air spring has a lot of features better than those of metal spring in the actual operation:

1. Rubber air spring is adjustable to strength and load-carrying capacity, with the change of the road conditons, the air spring has ideal performance.
