Compared to ordinary AC, the vesicant in this series is characterized by complete decomposition, less vesicant residue, and large effective frothing quantity, etc. By using the vesicant in this series, the structure of froth aperture is even, dense, and fine. The product feels comfortable, good elastic, and like real skin. It is especially good in increasing the effect of kneading. Wherein AC1000F and AC3000F adapts to the leatheroid made through rolling process technology. AC3000F is super fine, and faster in frothing velocity. AC5000F and HH-180F respectively adapt to the leatheroid and half PU leather made through release paper technologies. HH-180F is well received for its adaptation to the low temperature requirement of half PU leather. By using Haihong AC5000F and HH-180F vesicant, the temperature of frothing furnace can be reduced by 20-30 degree centigrade without affecting the frothing speed or quality, so that the applying intension and times are greatly increased.

Package & Transportation

The vesicant in this series is scentless, easily preserved, and can be self-extinguished. In normal temperature, it will not decompose. But it must be stored in shady, cool and dry places, apart from hot steam pipe, fire source, and direct sunlight. It is strictly forbidden to directly contact with acid and alkali, touch skin profoundly or be swallowed down. The place where store and mix the vesicant is suggested to be well ventilated and free from dust. Every 25kg of the high temperature series vesicant is packed. It can also be packed in bags, paper box or paper barrel according to customer's requirement. This vesicant is a little bit sticky, which is one performance of the product, not affected with damp. It has no bad effect on applications. The vesicant in this series are all in 4 tons per batch. When customer uses the vesicant of the same batch, they only need to confirm a small amount, then can rest assured of the whole batch.
