Properties:

The HIGH YOUNG HY-PRP010 is a highly effective antiscalant specifically designed for controlling barium, strontium, barium sulphate, strontium sulphate scale. It has high antiscale effects and not react with residual organic flocculants to form insoluble polymer. This product can inhibit the scale deposit on membrane surface, improve the quantity and quality of water supply, lower the operation costs. It's also suitable for reverse osmose (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) system.

Characteristics:

1. Effectively inhibit scales formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and strontrium sulfate, even no scale is formed when LSI value is 3.0.

Dosage:

The HY-PRP010 dosage according to the water quality and the entire analysis report of the system. It can widely control the calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride and so on in the dosage scope.

Dosage Notice:

1. Must know the actual flow of medicine operation pump before adding the medicine.

2. Should mix the medicine 15-20 minutes when preparing.

3. Periodically clean the medicine box, in order to prevent he growth of bacteria

Package and Storage:

The original package of this product is 4 times condense liquid, 25 gallon (27.55kg) per barrel. After diluting 4 times, 110.4kg per barrel is obtained, or confirmed by clients. Reserved at ventilate and dry places and two years.

Application: The wet strength agent is water-soluble a-cation thermo-setting resin. It is non-toxic, odourless and not one of polymer of formaldehyde. Moreover, it is much better than urea resin and melamin resin in the efficacy of application of the wet strength agent. Alumina grinding balls & lining bricks series

To catch the home and abroad customers' rapid increasing demand of grinding media, we develop three series of grinding balls and lining bricks with high alumina balls series: 90%, 92% and 95% alumina; Medium-alumina balls series: 68~72% alumina and Silicon carbide high alumina balls: 60~70% alumina( also called brown medium alumina balls). The customers can choose the best series that most suitable for them according to the produce demand.

High wear-resisting: The alumina balls' wear-resisting is higher than the common ceramic balls'. When it is working, the ball will not pollute the grinded materials, so it can keep the purity and improve the stability of grinded materials especially the ceramic glaze.

High density: The high density, high hardness and the high grinding characters save the grinding time, enlarge the smashing room. So it can improve the grinding efficiency.

NWA-IIB Adsorbent

In 2003 the company has passed ISO9001: 2000 quantity system certification. It is one of the CHINA research and production bases for molecular sieves and catalysts for more than thirty years. In 1971, 5A strip adsorbent won the National Reward of Invention. The annual production was 1000 metric tons, the product was used for kerosene dewaxing units by many refineries in China, and it was also exported many lots to Romania and Korea.

In 1998 Sinopec NWA adsorbent was put into use in Molex Unit of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation(SINOPEC) lab Plant.

At present, NWA-IIB 5A adhesive-free spherical adsorbent has been recognized as the national new key products in 2001. It is high-tech product with National invention reward and patent gold metal. The forth replacement of this Plant(of 2 Molex Units) was carried out in 2005, 160, 000kg NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was loaded. Now both of Molex Units are running well.

In 2001, Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was exported to Middle East. The Molex Unit is running at 118% design capacity with stable recovery and stable product quality.

In november of 2006, the Molex Unit of another abroad user loaded with Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was restarted up successfully with all the technical index up to the expected requirements.

In june of 2007 Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was put in use in Molex Unit for seven times.

The commercial application shows that the performance of the adsorbent is in advance of the same kind adsorbents.

Adsorbent OF NWA-IIB is a new spherical adsorbent without binder. It is of high adsorption-desorption efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the separation of the normal paraffin and iso-paraffin in Molex unit. The product was put into use in Molex unit of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation LAB Plant since 1998.

GUIDE Ceramic Intalox Saddle 18% Alumina-GCIS-18 (Ceramic Saddles for chemical and petrochemical) is an industry standard random packing for Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Ceramic Saddles are most frequently used high-performance packing and exhibit advantages for most applications in comparison with other shapes. Their smooth surface imparts a high chemical resistance and provides Ceramic Intalox saddle rings (GCIS-18) with a high level of stability. GUIDE Ceramic Intalox Saddle 23% Alumina-GCIS-23 (Ceramic saddles for RTO industry) is designed for longer life and increased performance in thermal shock conditions or continuous high-temperature environments. GCIS-23 is particularly suited for RTO's (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers), the saddles are fired at 1200C and exhibit greatly enhanced resistance to breakage from extreme thermal conditions. In addition, the new saddles possess higher levels of chemical resistance (even at very high temperatures), as well as superior wetting characteristics, high mechanical strength, and outstanding resistance to abrasion.
