1. COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION

AGE is an aliphatic glycidyl ether which is made from C12-14 alkyl alcohol and Epichlorohydrin by scientific technique, its Chemical name is C12-14 alkyl glycidyl ether(AGE). Colorless Transparent Liquid, no irritant smell, low toxic, low volatility, specific gravity(25 ºC): 0.89, boiling point: >200ºC, flash burning point: >90ºC.

To lower the viscosity of liquid epoxy resin, to be used as floor material, concrete repairing material, filling material, flexility material, embedding material, to be used in diluent and tougheness improvement, and winding-forming.

3. PAKING & STORAGE

-Storage and transportation must conform to basic requirements of normal chemicals.

-Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated area. Keep away from ignition sources, heat and flame and sunlight.

Organic Bentonite(Rheological Additives)-BK-922 is a new style product with easily dispersing, super thixotropic effect, good transparency. Applicable to low and middle polar solvent systems, it can be dispersed with a small amount of polar activator at high speed shear. It has good anti-sagging, anti-flowing, ideal thickening and thixotropic property. Organic Bentonite(Rheological Additives)-BK-922 can be added at any step. Then polar activator dosage is 20% of organoclay with dispersion at high speed or by mill. Usually the adding quantity in paints is 0.2-1.5%, while in high thixotropic or thick paints is 1-2.7%. It is applicable in sealants, high temperature lubricating greases, bitumen paints, chlorinated rubber paints, high-grade paints, furniture paints, etc.

Applications YINOX 1076 can be applied in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene-1 as well as in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.
