3. Uses:

This product is a liquid-type hindered amine light stabilizer, may extend all kinds of plastics and coatings in the use of outdoor exposure time. During processing, the polymer will not produce odors and affect materials original colors. It is not easy to volatile at high temperature processing, and has good compatibility with most of industrial solvent. It's applied to PE, PVC, PVB, ABS resin, polyester and polyurethane, etc., especially suitable for automotive coatings, industrial coatings, painted wood, paint-hardening, PU resins and adhesives and so on.

Properties: Light yellow or white fine powder like crystal with bitter taste. Its specific weight is1.42± 0.02. Soluble in grain alcohol, acetone and ethyl acetate, hardly soluble in petroleum, methylene chloride(insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene and water, innocuous.

Use: It is a good rubber antioxidant, can effectively prevent copper harm and overcome other illeffects caused by over vulcanzation. It has good cooperativity withaccelerator M, MD, TMTD, F, amines, phenols antioxidant. This product is fast to light, usually applied in the electrical wire, cable, transparent light color or bright color products, also can be used as the heat stabilizer for polyethylene and polypropylene.
