Aluminum Panel

1. Widely used in buildings such as hotels, office buildings, super markets, airports, bus-stations as curtain-wall, interior and exterior decoration and advertisement board for the following characteristics.

2. Corrosion resistance. The PVDF coating contains no less than 70% polyvinylidine fluoride resin KYNAR500, and can resist corrosion caused by acid rain, air pollution and ultraviolet try.

3. NO light pollution As the PVDF coating whose viscosity is as low as about 35 diffuses reflection, there's little pollution caused by light reflection, while the light pollution of glass is very serious.

4. Ability of self-cleaning As the molecular construction of the PVDF KYNAR500 is special, it's very difficult for the dust to adhere to the PVDF coating surface. This means the PVDF coating can keep clean by itself.

5. Variety of colors The PVDF painting coat has up to 100 colors and more colors can be worked out according to the customer's requirement.

6. High strength The combination of good strength of the high-quality and rust-proof alum sheet used as raw material and welding used in opening points of the products enhances the strength of the alum panels, so that the functions of wind-proof, anti-shock, infiltration-proof, and impact-proof can be improved.

7. Various shapes with beautiful decoration As the curtain-wall alum panels are painted after fabrication, they can be formed into different geometric figures by bending, punching holes, curving, welding, polishing so that the special requirements about architecture and designing can be at the most extent satisfied, the designer's ideas can be fully expressed and realized.

8. Fire-proof The curtain-wall alum panel can't be burned because it's made from high-strength alum sheet and PVDF painting coat.

9. Easy to assemble, install and change Because the alum weights for less than many other metals and the curtain-wall alum panel is shaped before installation, it's very easy and convenient to assemble, install and change.

Product Structure

GLORY aluminum-plastic multilayer board is composed of three layers, the upper and lower layers are high strength aluminum alloy, the middle layer is nontoxic PE board. There is a removable film on the surface of the board for protection during transport and assembly.
