Product Introduction and Application

The body, cover, axis, impeller of the pump are adopted Japanese SUS 304 stainless steel, and also use the high quality mechanical seal, the aluminum alloy pedestal. The product after optimized designed has beautiful figure, high efficiency, high pressure, no rust, anti-corrosion etc. It is used in delivering pure water, clean water, sea water, low-corrosive liquid and the liquid whose temperature is lower than 60 degree.

Work Conditions

This pump can work smoothly and continuously under the following operation conditions:

1. The medium is non-corrosive clean water. Sand contents should be max. 0.10% by volume and granular size should be max. 0.20mm.

2. Medium temperature should not be over 40 degree and PH should be 6.5-8.5.

3. Power frequency should be 50HZ, single phase voltage is 220V, and voltage fluctuation should be 09-1.1 times than the rated.

Type SP and SPR pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps submerged in sump to work. They are designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high density slurries. These pumps have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.

Wet parts of type SP pump are made of abrasion-resistant metal.

All parts of type SPR pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner. They are suited to transport non-edge angle abrasive slurry.

The type with "L" is a sump pump of extension shaft series, which is suited for the working condition of deeper level. The guide bearing construction is added to the pump on the basis of the standard pump, so the pump is with both more steady operation and wider application range, but flushing water should be attached to the guide bearing.

They are the changing generation products for IS type centrifugal, DL type multiple- stage pump, ISG type vertical centrifugal pump and SG type piping pump. According to the different medium, our company can design the series pump products with the same parameter including LSR heating water pump, LSH chemical industrial pump, LSY oil pump and LSG high temperature pump, which can replace the common centrifugal pumps. LS type vertical centrifugal pumps are developed based on the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps and the structure characteristic of other centrifugal pumps, meeting the requirements stipulated in the standard of Ministry of machinery JB/T53058 93. The pumps are the replacing products for IS type centrifugal pumps, DL type multi-stages pumps, ISG type vertical centrifugal pumps and SG type piping pumps. According to the difference medium, our company can design the series products with same parameter including LSR hot water pumps, LSH chemical industrial pumps, LSY oil pumps and LSG high temperature pumps for replacing the common centrifugal pumps used in all occasions. Working Condition

1. The maximum pressure of pump is 1.6Mpa, the test pressure of pump is 2.5Mpa. 2. Application temperature: The temperature of LS type pump is less than 80 Degree; The temperature of LZ type pump is less than 120 degree. 3. Application medium: LS pumps are suitable to pump clean water or similar non-aggressive liquids. The chemical industrial pumps are suitable to pump aggressive liquids, in which the volume of solid unsolved material is less than 0.1% of unit weight, its size is less than 0.2mm. 4. The ambient temperature is less than 40 degree, the relative moisture is less than 95%.
