1. Characteristic:

Dry A. C capacitors are used for A. C motor's starting and running, it is small cubage, light weight, low dissipation factor, low temperature rise, high insulation, fine self-healing property. We can make the A. C capcitors with safety rupture proof device in ROHS testing according to clients' requirement.

2. Structure:

1). The capacitor body is convoluted with metallized film.

2). The container is adoptted aluminum or other metal material. It is enveloped with capacitor oil, capacitor gule or epoxy resin, etc. (Non PCB)

3). The install part is screw at bottom of container or decided by clients.

4). Connection terminals: 250# terminal, plastic-sealed wire, etc.

5). We can design the particular specification and connection terminal according to clients' requirement.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Installed on dry and well-ventilated site, avoiding rain, snow and corrosion gases.

Installed 20mm or up off land. When two or more capacitors operated together, the gap of each other should be no less than 50mm.

Capacitors should be connected properly with soft wire of which current endurance is 1.35 times rated current or more.

Avoiding vibration and collision while transported or installed.

Keeping a certain delay duration for re-switching on in order to make sure that the residual voltage between terminal is no more than 10% of rated voltage.

To ensure capacitors working ordinarily compensators must be equipped with:

Discharge facilities (resistor)

Short-circuit protector

Protector for over-voltage of power frequency

Transient over-voltage protector (lightning-arrester or nonlinear resistor)

Rush current limiter

Over-current protector

Product Description:

1. Compacted and light: Its volume and weight are only 1/4 and 1/5 of the old product because of the using of a new dielectric-mtallized polypropylene film.

2. Low loss: The real figure is lower than 0.10%, so the loss of the capacitor itself is extremely low, the heat it gives out is little and the rise of temperature is low. So its service life is very long and it can save energy at the same time.

3. Excellent self-healing ability: Damage of part of the dielectric caused by over-voltage can be self-healed quickly and return to normal state. So the reliability is much higher.

4. Safety: Inwardly eaquipped self-discharge resistor and safety equipment. The self-discharge risistor can automatically discharge the electric energy the capacitor carried. If there is anything fault with the capacitor, thus prevent further troubles from happening. So it's much safer to use this kind of capacitor.

5. No oil leakage: The capacitor uses advanced semi-soild impregnant whose drip melting point is above 70. There will be no loss of oil during the course of using it. And thus protect the surroundings from being polluted. The capacitor itself doesn't have to run the risk of invalidation caused by oil leakage.
