CHARACTERISTIC: it has superior dielectric, fireproof and anti-flammable capability as well as mechanic tensile strength. It has good pliability and toughness in normal state. It can meet the use for insulator anti-flame power cable (>900 degrees cent grades temp) or other motor & appliances. Which was produced through organic-silicon resin banding compound powder mica paper (muscovite paper, compound mica paper, synthesized mica paper non-alkaline glass cloth and instant membrane.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Borun series of fire-resistant mica tapes, a band-shaped electrical and thermal insulation material produced through the process of high-temperature baking, drying and cutting, consist of high-grade Phlogopite mica paper or synthetic mica paper which is bonded to supporting materials of non-alkaline glass fiber fabric or polyethylene film with silicone resin.
