Chimney system is tested to 2100, the high temperature test of Underwriters Laboratories and is suitable for venting high efficiency Air Tight woodstoves, and for gas or oil appliances. The HT test is administered as follows: The chimney is designed for continuous use at 1000F but is also safety tested at 1400 for one hour and for 10 minutes at 2100 to simulate overfire conditions.

And our feathered products are double wall stainless steel chimney components. Double-wall chimneys consist of two pipes (inner and outer) of different diameter. Longitudinal joint of these pipes is plazma welded, ends of pipes are formed with hydraulic expansion machine which makes it easy to connect elements with each other and secure tightness of joints. Diameters of pipes depend on the output of heating equipment. Thermo insulation layer is located between these pipes, which protects a chimney from sududent cooling and condensate formation. Thickness of insulation layer depends on the heater fuel type. We uses thermo insulation which is fireproof, chemically resistant and ecologically pure.

All-glass evacuated solar collector tubes are the key component of solar collector in water heaters, which consist of two glass tubes.The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass that is able to resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter.The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass, but coated with a special selective coating, which features excellent solar heat absorption and minimal heat reflection properties.The air is evacuated from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuumed space, which eliminates conductive and convective heat loss.Evacuated solar collector tube could still work efficiently even on cloudy days, because it is able to absorb the energy from infrared rays passed through clouds.

With the ratio of solar transmission of borosilicate glass 3.3 re0.89 and thermal expansion below 3.3 x 10-6/k, the collector tubes can make full of the solar radioactive energy and own excellent heat-resisting performance as well as high mechanical intensity.

The surface of the tubes is completely rinsed by the water removed ion, which make the selective coating adhered to the tubes firmly and guaranteed the efficiency and service life of the collector tubes.

Advanced skills in plating the selective coating and efficient system in evacuating vacuum provide the absorption of selective coating e94.5% and the emission d5.5%, which greatly improved the performance of the collector tubes.

The patented technologies in circular sealing and annealing system enable a solid linkage between the inner and outer tube and fully eliminate the internal stress, solving the difficult problems of liable damage in the sealing parts.
