1. Material:

Body part is made of special malleable aluminum alloy.

Top and bottom are made by die cast. Three pieces jointed through glue.

The radiator is designed for normal pressure which is subjected to pressure testing at 12 bar, offering a high safe environment at a working pressure of 9 bar.
