The lead glass is an ideal transparent protective material used for x and r ray-proof. It is extensively used for actiontherapy and in the peeking areas of the medical equipments. Our all lead glass all parameters meet our country standard: YY 0292.2-1997, which is identical to IEC standard.

We have three type: ZF7, ZF3, ZF2. ZF7 Radiation Shielding Lead Glass(lead equivalent: 0.33mmpb/mm, specific gravity: 5.19) is mainly used in the fields such as nuclear medicine, nuclear industry and atomic energy lab etc. It is ideal transparent material for shielding X-ray.

ZF3 Radiation Shielding Lead Glass(lead equivalent: 0.24mmpb/mm, specific gravity: 4.46) is pure lead dioxide in the manufacturing process, which makes the lead glass truly realize the ultra thin lead shielding effect. It is a popular in the medium and small hospitals and mainly used for observation window in X-ray room in hospital.

Property

1. Heat insulation because the K value (thermal conductivity rate) is much smaller than of the single-layer ordinary glasses, it can effectively insulate the heat, thus to save much energy for the houses using both the cold and the warm air conditionings.

2. Sound insulation due to the unique structure of the hollowed glass, it can reduce the noise from the outside.

3. Anti-frosting because there is dry air or dry inert gases within the hollowed glass layers, the frost shall not emerged on surface of the glass in Summer and Winter when the temperature changes drastically.

1. The dry argon can reduce the pressure on both side of the hollowed glass, So it can prevent the proportional crack.

2. It can prolong the properties of no-frosting time, so as to lower the cost of maintenance.

4. AS the argon is almost 100%dry, it can reduce the water-absorbing saturation of the molecular sieve.
