HM1 series MCCB (hereinafter referred to as breaker) is developed by our company with international advanced technology. Working Principle:

Normally closed contact system, which is operated by a snap action of bimetal disc, is sensitive to current. When properly applied, protector shuts off the motor or the equipment when temperature exceeds maximum safe level due to an overload or stalled (locked rotor) condition. The greater the work current of motor is, the shorter time the cutting off power needs.

ZW32-12 Outdoor AC HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker(hereinafter called circuit breaker)is an new generation outdoor vacuum circuit breaker researched and developed recently based on the foreign advanced technology and combined the characteristic of power industry in our country.

The circuit breaker is an outdoor HV switchgear of 3-phase, AC 50Hz, and rated voltage of 12 kV. It is mainly used in the distribution system of urban net, rural net, substation and industrial and mineral enterprise for opening and closing the load current, overload current and short circuit current. Due to the special feature of vacuum circuit breaker, particularly suitable for the sites where frequent operation and oil-free reconstruction are required.

The circuit breaker adopts 3-phase separated pillar structure so that it does not cause fault of 3-phase when single phase occurred fault. Vacuum arc extinguish chamber is cast in the insulating sleeve so that it avoids the short circuit fault which is caused by moist. The external insulation is made of imported outdoor epoxy resin or silicon rubber with excellent hydrophobicity and pollution proof capability. It can be used in the outdoor environment of high requirement and bad running conditions. The circuit breaker has compact structure, small capacity, light weight and easy installation. The inner side of the case has no transformer oil and SF6 gas to meet the oil-free reconstruction and environmental protection requirements.

ZW32-12 outdoor high voltage vacuum breaker (hereinafter called as breaker) is an outdoor switch gear with 12KV rated voltage and 50Hz three-phase alternating current. It mainly is used in switching on or off the load current, excess current and short-circuit current in power system, which is applicable to the protection and control of distribution system of transformer station and industrial and mining establishment, and the place where the electric network is run frequently in rural area.

Safety mats

The safety mats of the TMLHMDT-01/02 range are used to protect surfaces in danger zones on machines and plants with dangerous movements. Depending on the shape of the area to be protected, multiple safety mats can be laid in line and electrically connected. When the safety mat is actuated, a signal is evaluated and the machine stop is initiated.

Design and mode of operation:

TMLHMDT-01/02 safety mats include 2 separate currentcarrying steel plates. The plates are held apart by insulating strips. The construction is moulded in Plastisol, a mechanically robust plastic that is highly resistant to chemicals. Upon actuation of the safety mat, the inner steel plates are slightly bent, causing an electrical short-circuit.

This signal is evaluated by a connected safety-monitoring module, which immediately initiates the machine shutdown.
