Structure characteristic

DZ47 series mini circuit breaker is assembled by plastic crust, operation outlet, contact arcing-resistance system, , release outlet, etc. The out-body uses the special type plastic which has the ability of high burning-resistance and has the characteristics of low weight and strong ability of anti-shock. The parts of breaker operation outlet use the high strength plastic, not only ensure the delicacy and reliability but also get the lowest moment of inertia; as the result, from the short circuit appearing to the starting work of release outlet. The release outlet is assembled by twin sheet metal reverse time-delay overcurrent release outlet and short-circuit twinkling act electromagnetism. Contact arcing-resistance outlet uses the special arcing metal parts which can lead the electric arcing into the room and eliminate it, possesses the prominent characteristic of limiting the current.
