1, For clay preparation of the whole plant, clay preparing machines include:

Box feeder, roller crusher or mill, hammer crusher, mixer, souring room, clay kneader and reclaimer.

Note: In this section, after dealing by those above mentioned machines, the grind size of the clay shall be <1mm, and the moisture contents of clay shall be about 17%.

2, For brick molding section, brick molding or forming machines include:

Extruder, clay bar cutter, green brick cutter and automatic control system.

Note: For brick extrusion, we suggest the extrusion force shall be above 3.0mpa to guarantee the strength of the bricks.

3, For brick drying section, green brick drying machines include:

Rails for dryer cars, dryer cars, green brick setting machines which can set the green bricks onto dryer cars automatically, hydraulic pushing machines, chamber dryers or tunnel dryers, control system for wind, temperature and pressure inside of the dryer, big blower for utilize the residual heat from kiln, pipe system and other transmitting machines for driving the dryer cars.

4, For brick firing section, brick firing equipments include:

Dry bricks will be set on the kiln cars from dryer cars by setting machine, kiln cars, hoffman kiln or tunnel kiln, hydraulic pushing machines and other transmitting machines for moving the kiln cars into and outcome the kiln, fuel supply pipes and system, burners or injectors, pressure and temperature indicators and control system, blowers, valves and etc...

Note: Clay sample test is strongly recommended; Otherwise we can not know the firing temperature and firing circle for the bricks.

5, For brick unloading section, brick unloading equipment include:

Brick unloading machine and its automatic system, packing machine, and forklifts.

DESCRIPTION

SRV series thermostatic radiator valve is matched with the thermostatic radiator controller, and it is a kind of proportional modulating controller, which does not need any external energy resources. It can control the heat water flow to the room and keep the room with comfortable temperature. In addition, it can avoid over-heating and reduce the heating cost so as to realize energy-saving and environment protection purpose.

APPLICATION

-Apply to two-pipe heating system, which is installed with circular pump. Its pressure is 0.1MPa, the maximum temperature of the flow is 110C, no matter the type of heat resources are.

-Apply to normal differential temperature system. But for gravity self-flow supply or single-pipe pump type supply system, it is necessary to install cirlular pump (e. G.: The reconstruction of old building).

-Apply to the heating system with high differential temperature(e. G.: District heating system), and low Kv factor system.

-Normal connection way: Connect to steel pipe, or with lock connector to connect with brass pipe or accurate steel pipe or plastic pipe with diameter of 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, or 18mm.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Mount the joint of the valve body on the supply of the radiator, and the direction of the flow arrow should be pointed to the water inlet of the radiator, and make sure they are perfectly connected and free from vibration and leakage.

2. Connecting pipe should be cut off according to the standard axe's length and angle, and the joint should be clean and without damage. Use gasket when connecting the joint to the thin wall and soft pipe. Do not use gasket when there are welding line on the pipe, pay more attention to the instruction of the manufacturer of the pipe, and make a connection test carefully before usage.

3. When reconstructing the old heating system, it is suggested to mount a plastic filter before every thermostatic radiator valves. Install the controller after the reconstruction is finished. During the decoration period, use the manual knob to protect and operate the valve.

4. Make thorough cleaning to the pipe and radiator to avoid damage caused by the soldering scraps and other sundries.

5. Install the valve correctly, make sure the controller is mounted horizontally, and avoid installing it close to heating resources, direct sunshine, or behind curtain and furniture so as to provide accurate room temperature sensing.

6. The valve is supplied with a manual knob; User can adjust the heat water and vapor by rotating it manually so as to control the room temperature.
