1. Make sure the car which is ready to be cleaned is under the state of beake.

2. Leak the mobile oil out from the car`s engine, and take apart the filter.

3. Find the appropriate tie-in to plug into the oil pan, connect the red vitta"RETURN"to the tie-in of the oil pan.

4. Select the appropriate tie-in of the mobile oil filter, and complex the appropriate "0"circle, plug tightly to the permanent seat of the mobile oil filter, conncet the blue vitta "PRESSURE"to the tie-in the mobile oil filter.

5. After finishing the above work, make sure gagin the red and blue vitta is linked, insert a white filter inter the machine`s transparent filter pan, feed the cleanser into cleanser into the machine, meanwhile insert 2 transparent vitta into the barrel.

6. Swich the cross-seiching-valve to "RECYCLE", then pull the pressure regulating valve slowly and turn"START"clockwise, until the pressure gauge get to 0.4, and then the cleanout machine go into the state of pressure regulating-clean-filting, if there comes out gas or oil, please remove and connect again.

7. While cleaning, the operator should make sure of the timing (about 15 min). When detemining the car`s cleaned, turn cross-swiching-valve to "RETURN". Then the machine will go into the state of oil replenishing(cleanser for the inside of the car gose back into the machine barrel). When the recycle`s over, turn the pressure regulating valve anti-clockwise, then the machine will quit working.

8. Remove the red and blue vitta and the tie-in, plug the oil pan screw again, replace the old mobile oil with the new ones. Make sure that the oil pan screw and the new mobile oil filter pluging tightly, put in the new mobile oil and start the engine for 1minute, turn off the engine and check ou the mobile oil dosage if there`s enough. If not, put in oil enough.

Advantage of Inflating Tire With Nitrogen:

Nitrogen is dry and clean, not contain water and oil.

Nitrogen is inert gases, not produce any corrosion on tire result from oxidation, so the tire life can be extend.

Low diffuse speed of Nitrogen in rubber tire ensure stable pressure, so that reduce crack of tire.

Lessen drive resistance, reduce fuel consumption, decrease tear and wear of tire.

Lower bump on the rough road, reduce noise pollution.

Theory of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)

PSA is a new gas separate technique, its principle is using different "adsorption" of molecule to separate gas mixture.

It is use atmosphere as raw material, make use of a high performance, high selection solid sorbent, which has different absorbent characteristic for nitrogen and oxygen, to separate nitrogen and oxygen.

At present, in nitrogen produce field, what the most use is coke molecule sieve, separating oxygen and nitrogen is based on the different diffuse speed in carbon molecule sieve surface between two gases, the gas with small diametrical (oxygen) diffuse faster, so most oxygen enter into molecule sieve solid, and most nitrogen remain outside of the molecule sieve.

A period of time later, molecule sieve will reach the balance in absorbing oxygen, according to the different adsorption characteristic of carbon molecule sieve in different pressure, it can relieve adsorption of the carbon molecule sieve to oxygen by reducing pressure, and this process is called rebirth.

PSA method usually adopt parallel connection of two towers. They absorb by adding pressure and rebirth by reducing pressure in turn, then it can obtain continuous nitrogen flow.

PSA Feature:
