KX-2 concrete efficient SUPERPLASTICIZER is - naphthalene sulfonicacid-formaldehyde sodium salt, one type of non-air-entraining water reducing agent made by chemical method. It has good Disperse effect on grout (cement particle). It can improve various of concrete performance in the range of confecting the huge-flowing concrete, casted in-site concrete which has special requirement on the early-strength and high-strength. Also has good applicability for common concrete. Can be used widely in ROAD, BRIDGE, dam, port, tunnel ahead, electric power project and Hydraulic Facilities, industry, civil building and so on.

Performance:

1. Usually content 0.5~1.5% of Cementitious Materials, water-reducing ratio can reach 12-28%. Early-strength and increased-strength effect is obvious. The concrete 3-days strength can increased by 60-130%, 7-day strength increased by 40-60%, 28-day strength increased by 20-40%. Long period strength also can be improved a lot.

2. Concrete can be saved by 15-20% when used this products but keep the concrete strength and slump the same.

3. Used this products can improve the Workability and mechanical properties of concrete. Can obviously increase the concrete's capability of anti-press, anti-pull, anti-fold and others.

4. This products have good applicability for various of concrete. Such as Portland cement, Slag Cement and pozzolana cement.

5. Can be used for high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, pre-cast steam curing concrete, Prestressed concrete.

6. Has powder and liquid to select, the percentage of solid containing in the liquid is 40+(-)2%, weight percentage is >=1.22, Rational Addition is 1.5-3.0%, others no change.

7. Can be used as master batch mixed with other material, confect for other concrete additive such as early strength water-reducing agent, set-retarding water reducing agent, ANIT- FREEZING PUMPING ADMIXTURE, can meet all kinds of requirements in the different projects, constructing technics, and tempeture.
