Erythritol is a white crystalline powder that is odorless, with a clean sweet taste that is similar to sucrose. However, erythritol's caloric value of 0.2 calories per gram and high digestive tolerance distinguishes it from some other polyols. It has approximately 7 to 13% the calories of other polyols and 5% the calories of sucrose. 4)Packing and storage

1)Packing: EMCmold cleaner is firstly sealed in a polyethylene bag, and then packed in cardboard box and put silica-gel drier in it.

2) Storage:

(1) EMC is moisuture absorbing and thus should be air-tight sealed. Use it quickly after opening the bag and seal the rest.

(2) Storage temp. Should be lower than 2'C, storage period is 6 months from the date of production and half a year when temp. Is lower than 10'C.

3) Transport: Avoid moisture, heat, solarization and rain.
