Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE135A) HG/T 2704-2002

Introduction:

CPE135A is produced from chlorinated HDPE. It is mainly used to improve impact resistance and tenacity rigid PVC products. It has excellent weather resistance, burning resistance and electrical property. It is white powder.

Application:

It is applicable for PVC profile, PVC pipe, and PVC pipefitting. It is also used for soft products together with PVC, EVA, or nitrile rubber.

Package, storage and transportation:

Packed in plastic bag with double films, 25kg in weight.

It can be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiring date: 12 months. It can be available by inspection after expiring date.

Water Based Bentonite Rheological Additive

Our Water Based Bentonite Rheological Additive is the nature aluminosilicate Rheological Additive, which are chiefly composed of high purified montmorillonite. They have strong thixotropy, wide PH value applicable rang, good dispersion and reliable quality.

Application: Emulsion coatings, water-based paint, cosmetic, agriculture, pigment, slurry.

Characteristics and Applicationss

Stabilizer for fuels

BHT prevents the oxidization of fuels, such as mineral and lubricating oils. It retards or prevents the formation of gum when utilized in fuels. BHT serves as a preventive agent against the darkening of light mineral and lubricating oils.

Stabilizer for polymers

BHT is an universal and highly effective stabilizer for natural rubber, various synthetic rubber and lattices, during the extended storage periods, it will prevent the stabilized products from discoloring or staining. JINCELL BHT is an essential stabilizer for plastics, such as PE, PP, PS and its copolymers. (ABS, MBS resins) It prevents the deterioration caused by heat or oxidization.

Antioxidant for heavy oils

JINCELL BHT is an excellent antioxidant for grease and technical oil, such as hydrulic oil and pinion oils because it is completely insoluble in water.

Antioxidizing stabilizer for various products

JINCELL BHT is an antioxidizing stabilizing used extensively for synthetic fiber, oils and fats, paints, foodstuffs, cosmetics, etc.

Resin P-101 is a low molecular weight, linear homopolymer of RESIN. As a modifer in resin systems, Resin P-101 can offer easier processing, improved physical properties, light color and good color stability and can often reduce costs. The compatibility properties of Resin polyest P-101 should be useful in many new types of polymer systems including PVC(specialy for rigid PVC sheet), elastomers, modified vinyls and many others. It can substitute PA20, P551etc and more cheap than that.

100kg PVC Resin add about 1-6kg P-101.

Clarifying agent BT-9803 is a high performance sorbitol based clarifying agent that reduces haze and enhances the clarity of polypropylene through nucleation of the polymer. This also leads to enhanced stiffness of the molded part and to shorter cycle time during the molding process. This kind of products of such structural formula has been approved by FDA allowable using in food contacts in the world market. BT-9803 is ideal for food contact applications.

Clarifying agent BT-9803 is high effective clarifying agent for polypropylene homopolymer, random copolymer. Clarifying agent BT-9803 could be blended with polypropylene powder though the dry mixing or the master batch and it gives high transparency and improves mechanical properties, heat resistance. The notified chemical will be applied in thin wall injection moulding, film sheet extrusion, blow moulding and rotational moulding.

Clarifying agent BT-9803 helped make polypropylene more appealing to consumers and increased its usefulness through improved transparency. Leading injection molding markets include housewares, storage cases, living hinge cases, thin-wall containers and disposable syringes. Clarified polypropylene blow molded bottles are a popular choice for pharmaceuticals, spices, juices, sauces, vitamins, and baby bottles.

Alkyl polyglycoside (APG) are called new generation environmentally friendly surfactants, based on renewable raw materials and are completely biodegradable. APG are characterized by special properties: As non-ionic surfactants, they have outstanding wetting and dispersion capabilities. Even in extremely hard water, they are able to most effectively reduce surface tension. Thanks to their unusual qualities, they can considerably increase the efficacy of active ingredients.

We obtain the biodegradable APG surfactants from natural resources. As they are especially mild, they also play an important role in cosmetic and body cares formulations. The use of APG in a detergent or shampoo allows a reduction of the total amount of surfactants without sacrificing any performance. APG have a good compatibility with the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. Pesticide formulations containing APG surfactants in liquid form already exist in the agriculture market. In plant protection products, too, they ensure good skin compatibility, making the products safer to use.

Calcium ligninsulfonate' s properties make their suitable for a wide variety of applications in textile dyestuff, concrete admixture, metallurgic engineering, petroleum industry, pesticides, carbon black, animal feed, and porcelain, etc.

1. In the field of concrete additives, the calcium ligninsulfonate series products can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multifunction high-performance water reducing admixtures. The products can be directly adopted as additive in the concrete. Moreover, they also can be compounded with such high-performance water reducing admixtures as naphthalene series and melamine series etc. And, they are also ideal materials for series retarding agents and pumping agents etc.

2. The calcium ligninsulfonate series products can be adopted as the adhesives in the briquetting procedure in the vertical retort zinc smelters.

3. The calcium ligninsulfonate series products can be used as embryo reinforcing agents in the fields of pottery and porcelain and refractory materials. They can increase the fluidity of the slurry and thus to improve the strength of the embryo.

4. In the field of water-coal paste, the calcium ligninsulfonate series products can be adopted as the main compound materials.

5. In agriculture, the calcium ligninsulfonate series products can be applied as the dispersant agents of pesticides and pelleting adhesives of fertilizers and feedstuffs.

(1) Out looking: HPMC is a white or light gray pellet or fibril power with odorless

(2) Solubility: Hardly dissolves in waterless ethanol, aether or -acetone. Separate, expands, in hot water with temperature about 80oC to 90 oC. Swiftly dissolves when cool down. The solution is very stable. Gelatin at high temperature. Good humectants with good dispersibility, adhesive, thickener, emulsification, water keep ability and film forming ability and oil resistance. The film formed possesses good toughness, flexibility and transparent. It can dissolve in some organic solvents or some water-organic components. Can be mixed with other emulsification agent due to non hydronium structure but easy salt out. Solution is stabilized at PH2-12.
