SDA-101 is a silicone adhesive agent with high solidity content, high viscosity, low curing temperature, short curing time and long lasting adhesive. 2. Solvent: Toluene and xylene 3. Suggestion(for reference only): Dilute to low concentration when use. 4. Curing agents: The quality of benzyl peroxide (BPO) is the quality of the organic silicone 0.8~2.0%. Packing and shipment: 1.200kg iron drum packing or as customers request. 2. Don't contact the fire and avoid sunshine directly. 3. Storage life: 6 months at 25C in the airtight machine (can be used if the product is valid by test over 6 months) 4. Avoid drench and insolate between shipment. Annotate: 1. Using method of curing agents(C-101): Weigh up needed curing agent and adds proper toluene or xylene, then dissolve completely, after putting its 10 minutes outwell C-101upper solution to the liquid cement. Pay attention to don't outwell the bead on the machine wall and bottom, and then add the toluene to collocate properly. 2. As the curing agent increasing, the high temperature resistant and the long lasting adhesive will be going up, but the primary adhesive will be falling down. So hope customers chose the proper dosage to adjust the liquid cement match. 3. As the glue percent increasing, its heat resistant performance will be also improved. |
