Description: Leveling agent RB988 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. Its developed especially to correct surface imperfection, such as craters, pinhole and eye-fishes, It gives very good flowing. RB988 can be applied in all types of powder coatings.

Application: RB988 can be applied in epoxy, hybrid, polyester, polyurethane. Acrylic powder coatings. It can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. As a free flow powder, its easily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system. The dosage of RB788 in formulation is about 0. 5~1. 5%wt, based on total coating. The precise amount should be try in the Lab. Textile Printing Thickener-Printex L20

Printex L20 is low viscous, filtered technical Sodium Alginate based Textile Printing Thickener designed applying for printing with Reactive Dyes on cotton, and also for printing with Disperse / Reactive dyes on Polyester / Blends.

Printex L20 is suitable for Rotary and Roller Printing.

Application

Printex L20 can be combined in any retio with other Thickeners such as Texprint C6, CMC, some kinds of Gum and Synthetic Polymers etc. It has good compatibility with other Thickeners.

Stock Thickening Preparation

Printex L20: 8Kg

Water: 92Kg

Stock Thickening: 100Kg

Printex L20 is added to water while stirring with high speed stirrer, which takes about 1-2 minutes until the viscosity increases.

The stock should be stand for another few hours to permit complete swelling, but not overnight.

The finally, short stirring the stock thickening is ready for use.

Remark: Printex L20 dissolves easy in cold water, if dissolved in water with hardness of 12.5E, additional of 1-2g Polyphosphate per Kg stock solution is recommended, but not EDTA. The srock solution should be preserved with suitable Preserving Agent if stored before use, (Formaldehyde 1-2g/Kg)

It may lso be used for ABS, HIPS products plastic-injection & coloration. But it might have certain influence on the products mechanical intensity (different according to mixture rate size).

Application: Antioxidant 1076 is hindered phenolic antioxidant with its advantages of relatively better heatproof and waterproof character. It can effectively inhibit oxidation and thermal degradation of many organic and polymeric materials. It is widely applied to polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, plybutene-1, as well as other polymer such as engineer plastics polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin and petroleum product, often used with DLTP for promoting the ant-oxidative effect.

Packing: It is packed in cardboard box lined with plastic bags with the net capacity of 25kg or packed in three-in-one compound bags or designed according to customers' requirements. &ordm;C

L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate is a stable source of vitamin C and provides at least 30% ascorbic acid activity. The product is a chemically modified form of L-ascorbic acid by phosphorylation and offers two active ingredientsVitamin C and triphosphate.
